Our experience with Smart PNW was amazing! We've had our new window coverings for almost a year. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. James and his crew took all the Covid precautions. James helped us identify options that would work well for our home and our family. The installation was quick and all the fixtures are solid. We had a minor issue with one fixture about a month after installation. I emailed and they responded within an hour. Someone came out the next day to take a look at the fixture and they ordered an entirely new shade. They installed the new one the day after it arrived and we've had zero issues ever since. I wish all service experiences were this easy. We could not be happier!
